Same problem on Domino 8.5.3

We are running Domino 8.5.3 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64-bit.

When user sends meeting invitations they are not being received by recipients out of the company domain. Our employees receive the invite without any problem. Plus the invite does not show up in the user's calendar.

The error each time the user sends a meeting invite is as follows:
HTMLAPI Problem Converting to HTML

Any advise?
